so i know the gp for stopit brakes is over, but i called him for info anyway. if i went with that setup, should i upgrade the pads from the posiquiet ceramic to the axxis ultimate or axxis metal master?

also, ive noticed on my stock rotor that it has a little ring on it. my hubcentric rings fit snugly around it. do aftermarket oem replacement rotors usually have this lip? i need to know before i order brakes.
