Just wondering if adding my rear sway bar alone would do anything to the alignment. Same with the front... I already have a sway bar up there but I'm thinking of swapping out the end links.

only needed in the front , because you have to drop the subframe to install the bar
if your only adding end-links you won't have to do it, like Eric said only if you put in a new bar because you have to drop the sub frame.
