Yes, but only in years 2000 to 2005.

Bah, you can re-pin the 95-99 years. Just need the right pin assignments.

oh, and you have to do a passlock re-learn (check the FAQ). You don't have to on 00-05.

No modification at all. All I have to do is go to a junkyard, get a sunfire cluster, take mine out and put that one in???
