would it be a good idea to run nitrous on an engine with only 3,000? for instance like a 35 shot to being with?

i'd let the rings set in a little longer.....

how dangerous would a 35 shot be a 2.2 ecotec auto?

if you're afraid of blowing stuff up, breaking, damaging, busting things you shouldn't even think of touching your car. dangerous things come with the territory. i'm not saying you WILL have problems, but your chances will be MUCH greater.

i think to understand the "dangers" of nitrous you need to learn more about it.

well I have heard that an ecotec is able to run a 35 shot rather well with j ust colder spark plugs, i was just looking for something to give me a kick in the pants. I wouldn't be using the nitrous very often, maybe once a week at the most...I realize the chances are greater of blowing the engine with nitrous of course, but I figure wiht a 35 shot it would not be near as bad as running anything larger...I might run a 50 shot at the trakc but that is high as i would go.

when i started using nitrous I had 20K on my car -- I have been using a 75 shot for a while with little problems (no big ones) -- with a 35 shot and a brain you should be fine

iwait until like10,000 miles. i have a 55 shot on my 2.4 seems to be ok so far
