Depends, size of turbo, amount of boost, other mods (head work, exhaust, etc...). You have to be more specific.

I am going to make an idiot comment that I read a long time ago.

some people have said with correct air/fuel it is 'possible' to expect approximately 7-12 hp per pound. Some people argu, but as a GENERAL rule of thumb. But like shifted said, everything plays a huge roll, and any one little thing can easily change these number significantly.
