OKay, so today on my way back from lunch, every other digit on my digital odometer started flickering, and finally went out all together. I have a 2000 Sunfire SE coupe. Everything else electronic works fine. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
they are notorious for that. I had the same problem on my 00 Z. I finally got another cluster and changed them out and it has been ok ever since.
just press on the front of the cluster and it will be ok again, my Z does it all the time.
CHM, mine use to be like that, then it started to just crap out. So I just change it out.
smackin' the dash is only a temp fix. those clusters have a problem of shroting out. only real way to fix it is to replace it
yea mine has done that for years, i just hit the button a couple times and its fine.
