This is what I did to my Evo5 front bumper ... should I leave it like this and fill it in with smaller mesh or should I fill in those holes all together and leave it solid?
there is mesh in right now ... do you think I should go smaller? you think it looks ok?
That would be why I'm asking if I should put smaller mesh in or fill the holes ... I had it photo shopped this way and I liked it so when I took the bumper off I did it but now I'm wondering if I should just make that all solid or put really small mesh in
i say fill in the holes and make them smaller but dont completely close them off
Thats an option also .... Thanks
i say fill in the holes and make them smaller but dont completely close them off
I like it how it is its big yes but it gets noticed I just like it
cardomain page

Do whatever you want though.

i would say for the fact that its different, its a million times better than the regular way it comes, and it would just be less work to leave it, get some smaller mesh grill, and leave it, fit it up, see how it flows with the car. couldnt hurt
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

i had lots of toys when i was young.slinky,etc.but once i found my penis, that was all she wrote
leave it,, it looks good

open looks sweet as long as you did the same thing as on that chop with the upper part too
i like it the way it is. if you do plan to fill it in don't completely fill the holes in. looks a million times better though then what it originally looked like. good job!

Thanks guys ... I don't have much experience with fiber glass so the lip inside would be hard but when I'm done it will look just like that photo shop but without the lip ill post more pictures when i finish up. Thanks for all the help I decided to go with smaller mesh
leave the mesh, throw some Fog lights in, and fill in the very front groove like in the chop.
I think that would look best.
to be honest I think you mihgt be better off with thicker mesh... with mesh that small you will see everythign behind the bumper.....
the bigger mesh liek that makes it next to impossible to see that there are fog lights mounted right behind there, maybe its just me but I don't liek being able to see through the body to much, some is ok but its liek the drift kit with no mesh at all.... looks WAY outta place, way to open, its just a way to make it look more complete
id really like to see it on the car.
