should i get a carbon trunk with shaved keyhole??? if so then which spoiler should i get, if any??? also spoiler in carbon fiber.
just give me your ideas on this. i have been contemplating this for awhile, but i need your guys' input on it

I dunno if it would flow with your car IMO. If anything maybe black with a pro stock wing.

Just make sure you use a lightweight spoiler on a cf trunk.

i wouldnt use any spoiler.

Yeah I had a set of altezza inners laying around so I threw them on and the toyo outers got them from gmpartsdirect.com

maybe use a brickyard spoiler and have the center section wrapped in cf. paint the endcaps yellow. i think that would be pure sex IMO

I had the rksport adjustable carbon fiber wing. It was about 6 inchs tall but pretty wide. But it was all carbon fiber and flowed very well with the trunk and hood. Really light and don't damage the trunk.

cf trunk with cf pro stock wing. thats the route im heading in! itll go swwt since my top is black and i have a cf hood and cf splitter!

^^^ that would work well. but they dont make the prostock in c/f any more do they?

you could also look for the class glass c/f trunk with wing. looked good and its all one piece.

probably one of the only times I'd agree with the prostock wing idea, just not a fan of it, but lately I see differently with the flow of these cars lol What about wrapping or making the stock one in CF? That would be unique (could be wrong, tho I've not yet seen one).

i kinda like the brickyard idea, if you can find someone/where to do the job for ya

thanx speedracerz, i love the pics. i am going to get a carbon trunk, ill prolly just go wingless, unless i can find someone who knows how to lay carbon fiber, in that case then i will have my stock wing wrapped and stick it on, i think that would be pure sex

If u want to get ur stock wing layed in c/f it can be done. only problem is the wing is plastic so it cant be actually wrapped. what would need to be happen is a cover made for it. the cover would then be needed to put on by some panel adhesive or something. Atleast thats what i was told on workin on a lil sumthing i got in the works that is urethane.

I have been kicking the same idea around for awhile now. I started a thread on the JCO website that gathered alot of attention.

Nobody that posted on that thread thought it would be right to wing my CF trunk......Which leads me to want to do it 100times more......

I have been shopping around and have narrowed it down to some possible suspects however l have yet to have pulled the trigger.....
and the only reason...( the ONLY REASON ) is because l still love the wingless look...but that l'm sure l will change my mind once l do pull the trigger........

the wingless look is starting to grow on me, but man, i want my stock wing wrapped in carbon so bad
