what color are we talking about here? if its a stock GM color it should be very easy to get, and price really depends on brand
Your stock paint code should be in the trunk near the spare tire, and price will really depend on the brand of paint used.
under the spare tire cover, you will find some numbers and letters that are posted next to "BC/CC"

this is correct 00+ cavi's are ultra silver metallic the paint code is 8867, and pricing depends on where you go i can get it in a gallon of DuPont for $230, mine used to be silver and now i'm starting to miss it

i think Big Daddy was saying DBC......Deltron Base Coat. I assume
Deltron is a PPG line of paint
could be wrong but thats my assumption
