well i got a set of after market mirror's and had a few questions about them...
1.: they have a white light and a blue light is it going to be illegal to run the blue lights???
2.: Is there a way to make the white light on the mirrors both parking lights and turn signals at the same time without even using the blue???
3.:and does any one know the wire's to tap into for this like the color and where it is???
thanks in advance for any help at all

1. depends on your state/local laws
2. pics would help but im sure you can wire it up however you want/need. its just a matter of how much work youre willing to put into it.
3. after we figure out #2 we can answer this one.
Ok i must have misunderstood the paper the lights are AMBER and blue But i am almost sure i CANNOT have blue because these light up a bright blue........
As far as the wiring they have 3 wires coming out of them... one: Black (ground), One: blue (for the blue lights), and one: white (for the amber lights)
The Problem I am still have is If i can make them parking lights AND turn signals at the same time with just the amber color ....... and where the closest place to find the wires will be... or would it be better to run them straight up under the hood and do it that way
Here is a pic on what they look like:

I have blue lights and I don't have any hassle with cops... I live in Maine.

i have the m3 mirrors from aplus and i just wired these in. i wired them in to flash blue. no problems with cops, yet. the light blue arrow is pointing towards the light blue wire you need to splice into for the left side turn signal. the dark blue arrow is pointing towards the dark blue wire you need to splice into for the right side turn signal. oh yea, i have these on my 04' sunfire. hope this helps.

that helps out a ton the only problem is now is that i have a 98 cavalier so is the 04 wiring different from the 98 ???
Plus do you know which one of them are for the parking lights as well???
and unfortionatly i cant have no blue lights or red lights visible from the front of the car... that is why i was asking if there was a way to wire in the amber light for both parkings and turn signals

the wiring is the same. i have two chiltons repair manuals. one is for when i had my 96' sunfire and the other one is for my 04' sunfire. i just checked them both and the wiring is the same. as far as making the white lights parks and turns, i'm not totally sure. i'll check on it and get back with you. i'm thinking of making my blue ones park lights as well.

yeah i have a set but they are blue and white lights. i got pulled over 3 times now about them so i would not do blue. i have disconnected the blue ones now. and if your trying to get the amber to stay on and blink at the same time its probably not going to work. the only time it will blink is if you dont have your head lights on. i tried it already. but when i hooked mine up i just went to the front blinkers. i rean the 3 wire to the blikers and spliced into them. was not that hard at all.
ok if that is so i will just end up putting my own leds in it and just replace them...

Hey Mike, I just wanted to say thank you very much the picture you showed was dead on and the same as mine.... so thanks again for all your help

If you want to run the same light with both the turn signal and parking lights this is what you want to do. Setup the parking lights to run straight off the lead form the car through the "de-energized" leg of a relay. Then setup the turning signal wire to the coil of the relay, then when the turn signal turns on it will flip the relay and de-couple the parking light feed from the lights and have the lights turn off, then when the turn signal power becomes de-energized the relay will pop back and the lights will come back on using power from the parking lights......this would give you the blinking effect when repeated. I'm pretty sure this is how the factory lights work too. Very simple and easy.

Let us know if those mirrors sit LEVEL after you install them, thanks!

Yes, it's my REAL car. No, it is NOT photoshopped or "this is how my car will look someday". It's the REAL DEAL.
Kevin, They Don't lol it's funny you say that its like you read my mind i have been doing searches to find out how to fix it with no luck yet

yea, they don't sit level. that annoyed the @!#$ out of me. i had to put the mirrors on because my passenger side stock mirror got hit by some rubber off of a rig.
