Hey guys, have a question... I just got a set of tail lights for my 01 camaro. got em off ebay from a good seller, but it looks as if he tried to clear coat the lights.
one of them is very rough as if it has alot of overspray onn it, and the other looks as if it has a smudged clear coat.
what im wondering is how can i fix this? sand and reclear?

you could try polishing it with a buffer first, and if that doesn't work then sand and reclear.
