I got a ?... Someone at my mom works told that it cut have a fuel pump saftey shut off if its in a wreck. Is this true and could that be whats causing it since we pulled that stuff. The pcm and the wiring are fine and the fuses look fine.
that's where I'd look. How do u know that the subframe is fine just by looking at it? A bodyshop can measure it and tell you for sure.
