i always used to get an email when it expired.
The JBO *does* warn you, 3 days before, and again on the day of expiration. Perhaps you should check your spam folder? The email is sent from accounts@gmenthusiast and has the subject line "GM Enthusiast Network Premium Membership". I cannot be held liable if your email provider chooses to identify a message as spam.

Renew before your exp. date. It's not hard.
When you click on Control Panel it tells you your expiration date.
I never got one.
Edit: Just realized I have my old email in my account.
