I have an '03 Sunfire that needs a new engine. I have found a 2.2L from an 01 in long block form. Would there be any problem with taking off the parts I need from my 03 2.2L and putting them on the 01 2.2L?

Yeah there different engines. The 01has the LN2 2.2OHV your 03 has the L61 2.2 DOHC

I want to add more power to my 01 Pontiac Sunfire how can I do just that. I was told installing a 2.3L would help is that accurate?
