Apparently I forgot how to post lol but I remember your name. You had a red sunfire, was it?.
I sold my car many years ago. Still holds a special place in my heart. Not many around in NJ any more. Wish I could pick one up and do it all over again.
Yeah, that's me!! And I've finally made it back to my red/white scheme.
I also look back with lots of smiles on the years we spent here with tons of traffic. I made lifelong friends through this site and enjoyed the hell out of my j-body journey!

Just dug it out of the barn after many years. My boy wants to get it fixed up and start racing again.

How many raffle tickets did you have to buy to get that?
In case anyone is still around here, I've decided to sell my black 2000 Cavalier Z24 convertible.
It's always been garaged, still has the original top in excellent condition, 71K on the clock.
Original everything except touch screen radio.
Everything works, and I've improved several things, like decent wiring and relays for 100 watt headlights.
It gets 28-29 mpg.
Selling it to simplify my life, after putting my wife of 54 years of marriage into Alzheimer's Memory Care.
Pics posted here when I bought it and that was only 10K miles ago. Better wheels and tires now.

LOL! Not this one.. but I feel like I won the car lottery on my last one. I bought a GT3 in 2018. I drove it for 4 years, spent a ton of time with it at the race track, and then sold it in 2021 for more than I paid for it. Basically got to track a GT3 for 4 years for free. Then eventually used the money to buy this one.

Pretty sure this makes 20 years of posting.
Still here. Still working on this Sunfire..
Well well well, Just scrolled through about 15 years of posts on this thread. Somehow I remembered my password on the first try. I left this place around 2007 or so when I really started getting into the Cobalt SS platform. I loved that car and I really miss it, even alot more than my Cav. I only had the 89 Turbo Trans Am for about 2 years, ended up having a transmission issue and I couldnt afford to fix it so I got it into the hands of a collector who still has it I believe.
In 2013 I got a Mustang V6 with the 3.7 engine, that was a pretty cool car until I upgraded to a 2017 Mustang GT in grabber blue. Absolutely my favorite car ever. These days I'm driving a Subaru Crosstrek and my hobby is road and gravel bike racing. I'm in my mid 40s now, this place feels like a lifetime ago. I guess it is..... Spent the last few years getting a little bit better into shape after getting really fat during Covid. Currently house hunting, its rough out there. I have a job distributing car audio now, would have killed for that job 20 years ago.
Anyways nice to see alot of old names on here, maybe I'll check back in next decade.
