I am having trouble with my turn signals. The indicator lights come on for about a second or two, sometimes not at all when I try to use the turn signals. I checked the fuse and it seems fine as does the front turn signal bulbs. I cant find how to access the rear bulbs and I dont want to break anything trying to get to them. How do I access them and what do I need to check if that isnt the problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.

Could be the turn signal switch assembly.?
