A couple more head gasket q's

Ok i'm going to buy the three series service manual and just knock it out. I was wondering, is there like a way good kind of head gasket to get? Or are they all the same? Also, what else is worth replacing while i'm at it? Thanks for your help guys

I was searching online and saw that there are two different gasket sets.
