The DRL relay on my '96 'Fire is on the inside of the frond bumper, pop the hood and look down. Izzat what you mean? Otherwise, I think they build the relay into the switch nowadays.
It think it is at the front somewhere around the radiator, there is a fuse for each headlamp on the inside fuse panel also.
