I can hear a rubbing noise coming from the front of my car it sounds like rrra......rrra... rrra.. but i can only hear it when i go slow and then also if i turn while going slow the power steering makes like a deep sounding noise... I just replaced my brake pads like a week ago and i replaced the rotors like 8 months ago..
