ok i noticed when it's damp or raining or wet out my car has trouble starting and sometimes won't start at all. anybody might know what's wrong with it? thanks in advance
could be getting water in the intake, or messing with you evap system.

condensation in the coils, or wires. When was the last time you did a tune up?
Also check that your battery terminals are tightened down. Typically hard morning starts where water is an issue is an electrical problem.

actually i never got a tune up.... i know it's bad i just passed 60k miles on it. but right now i don't have the money for it, just a poor college student in school. =( but i'll look into tightening any electrical terminals see if that's the cause

I concurr. Working in the auto field for a while High humidity or rainy conditions causes miniscule arcing on worn ignition components which is your sputtering... Agree with Rob S %100
