ok everybody i have a delema. Im about to change out my cv joints and i have an offer to buy some off of another person. they are stage II axles from the drive shaft shop and have about 5 to 6,000 miles on them. is it a good idea to use these or what should i do? By the way i have a 2003 pontiac sunfire ecotec 5 speed. Thanks guys
Its a much better job to replace the axles than the joints individually and they typically come with a good warranty. Those axles should work fine if their built for your car.

I thought cv joints and axles where the same thing. so you think regardless of how they were treated, they will work on my car just fine?
