my 97 cavalier with the 2.2 and a manual tranny if that makes a difference through code p0137 and as i understand that is my o2 sensor on my cat with low voltage. now my question and no i have not searched for this but it is specific. would this make my gas milage go down and could this be do to the exhaust leak that i have and if it does how bad would it have to be to do that...

yes..

An exhaust leak can cause the low voltage reading (lean) and therefore the ECU will richen up the a:f mix and your mileage goes to hell..

for a precat sensor, not post cat.

and bank 1 sensor 2 is the post cat oxegen sensor isnt it?
