Does anyone have any ideas as to why my fan will not turn on if i turn on the A/C. The fan also does not turn on to cool the car off. The only way it will turn on is if i make the car throw a DTC either 300-304 or 507.

Forgot to mention I have changed the fan relay, fuses, thermostat, radiator, and temp sensor. Please help.

I have the same problem. Add the cooling fan override and you'll not have to worry again. It shouldn't turn on until the engine hits like 220F I think.

Mine turns on at about 195
