First its a 1999 2200...throwing the P0118 code "Coolant Temp. sensor high input"

I changed the coolant temp sensor, still no good. the car runs real sluggish through

the lower rpms. after it gets up to normal operating temp (195F) and i turn the car off, it

wont start back up, it sounds like its hollow inside when i try to start it. The temp gauge

sits below 100F after its warms up. Anyone have any suggs?
