Help Intermittent No start

Hey ive got a 2001 Cavalier Z24 2.4L Auto with around 55k miles on it. Since yesterday after my hit and run (the rear bumper needs to be replaced, hit by Ford Econoline) the car doesn't start when I get into it after a while. Heres whats happening:

Put the key in, turn to crank position, lights flicker on dash, turn key to the mode before crank all lights and gauges work, turn the key to crank again, the car slowly starts to crank, then finally it just starts barely.

Heres what I looked into:
Fuel pump - works
spark plugs- new
battery - AC Delco (green eye), disconnected the battery from 8:30am after starting the car until 3pm, car did the same as above.
Aftermarket Stereo - disconnected stock deck from t-harness, disconnected sub amp, and removed fuses for aftermarket deck, rending all the system usless.

After all this it still does it. I'm thinking it could be my battery wiring connections or my starter solenoid.

Also my battery has not turned on yet and the car runs normally after it has started.

Sounds like the battery to me.You cant go by the eye on the battery. If its the orignal battery in the car, change it.

The battery light hasn't turned on, I have a feeling it could be the battery because of the way it works but how come once I turn back the key and turn it to crank again it slowly starts to crank?
