Ive been parking on a steep hill lately cuz i just moved...i was wondering since i use my e-brake if its gona wear out quick?

I'd say 'hell no'. Wear only occurs when surfaces rub together, typically. As long as your car doesn't coast anywhere when parked, wear ain't gonna be a factor -- even if you use the brake to hold the car that short time from brake to gas pedal in a manual tranny.
It wont make your brakes wear out any quicker.
If you are at a complete stop when you put it on it will do absolutly nothing. Jsut make sure you get it tight.
Also, I would suggest putting your PARKING brake (not e-brake) on before you release your brakes. This puts the pressure of the car on your brakes rather than your transmission.
