I tried starting my car and got a back fire in the intake. I let it sit then tried it again and now it will start but idle at just under 5k. Any suggestions?
Severly stuck throttle cable, quite possibly.
- 2004 Cavalier - 124k, owned since new
Check you vac lines, one of the probly poped off from the air pressure.
Throttle Position Sensor probably.
