Ignition fuseable link

Just got done putting my motor and tranny in my 96 Z24(5 speed) and I go to try and start it and all I got was the fuel pump noise and nothing else. It didnt turn over, click, or anything like what would happen if you try to start a car without the clutch in. I narrowed it down to being the ignition wire relay but there is no fuse for it under the hood so it must be in the middle of the connection somewhere.

I was able to test it by someone adding 12v power to it while I was in the car trying to start the car and the motor was able to turn over. I tried looking for the fuse on the wire but I cant seem to find it. Anyone know the exact location of it or about where it is. Ive seen a few posts about this and saw 1 post where it was recalled not sure if it was for my car or not though. Its kind of hard to go to the dealer for a recall if you cant get it there to begin with... hehe

Thanks and Ill be glad when this car fires up as it wasnt started in 2 years so it was a nice project I learned a whole lot doing it so far.
