AC blower ?

Got a 2000 sedan, And when i'm running the ac/heat all i got is freezing and hypothemia or hot and overcooked!! I seen a post about this fix a while ago but I can't find it.. Looking for some help from all you fellow friends!!!!

APC SUCKS!!!!!!!!!
