Leaking Convertible - 2000 Z24

Hi guys. Been lurking here for a long time. Thought I would sign up and post. Seems there's some out here that will attack and some that will help so I thought I would give it a shot.

I've got a 2000 Z24 Convertible that is leaking water in from the corners over the doors (Where the top meets the windshield). The water is collecting in the plastic piece at the top corners of the windshield where it pools then streams down. I've found if I roll the windows down slightly and then back up it's reseating the window in the seal and that helps. The problem is, it doesn't always help, and if I get out of the car, I can't obviously roll the window down and back up.

Any cheap fixes for not getting wet?

Thanks.

It's just a poor design from GM. I've replaced both the windshield seal and the side seal on the top and mine still drips. A little white lithium grease rubbed on the contact area does slow it down some though. But NOTHING will keep water from running into the car from that corner when you open the door. It just pours all over the carpet or your leg...

Well isn't that just a bummer. BTW - that is one awesome vert. I drool over it every time I see it.
