So crank - no start basically?

Okay lots of things can cause this a starter is on the top of the list. A camshaft or crankshaft position sensor can do this, but usually with them you turn it and get nothing.

Usually a dead a battery you will just get a click-click-click, so i'm kind of leanings towards not that.

I would look first into your starter.

My starter cranks the engine over but it acts like it is not getting a spark to ignite the fuel

I bought the spark tester and i am producing a spark and i just replaced the crank psition sensor, i guess that only leaves me with the cam sensor left on the list of possibilities
