This has been going on for a while, but I was wondering if there is a quick fix on this... When changing my headlights to the on position, they don't turn on... parking lights turn on, but the full headlight setting does nothing, and the DRL's stay on. I can turn on the brights and drive that way, and before I pull the stick forward enough to turn on the brights, the regular headlights will come on. I can wedge a piece of paper in there to keep the headlights on, but it hinders my ability to use the turn signals without cutting the headlights off.
So I guess with that said, I'm wondering what I should look at in the wiring, and how to I correctly remove the plastic around my steering column?

similar thing happened 2 me my brights only worked when i held the switch dealer fixed it 4 under a 100$
The same thing happened to me in January. I just drove around using my brights for a while, then they wouldn't come one anymore. It was the headlight switch (turn signal arm). Just go to the junk yard and pick one up. They can be had for around $35 and they're very easy to install - takes less than 10 minutes.
alrighty then, I'll see what I can find... Is the arm the same for all 95-99 Cavy's, or do I have to find a z24, or certain model (in case I have trouble finding the same year, model, etc...
