Where is the DLC (if any) located?
Vehicle: 95 Sunfire 2.2 Auto
Check on the drivers side "underneath the dash". Not literaly but where your feet go. Lay on your back facing up towards the bottom of the steering wheel. It should be towards the center console.

Are you sure? That's generally the OBD-II location, not the OBD-1.
