What are you running for spark plugs and what are they gapped at?

This may sound simple, have you checked for vacuum leaks?

ac delco plugs at 60 and no vacuum leaks, plus on friday I had it diagnosed and its not the engine its running fine theres no actual misfires its reading and air intake sensor is out which I knew but its messin with the comp. enough to cause all this problems, plus what is everyones usual shift in rpm's for your manuals?

regap your plugs to .045 and see if it still does it. .060 is to much of a gap.

really?? ..... my manual and other items like my haynes manual also has the gap at 60, now is .45 just the gap you are suggesting or is that the actual gap the is more suited for the engin?

99 and under is .060 for platinum
2000 and up is .050 for platinum
this is a suggestion to try to clear up the problem
I had a problem with the stock plugs at 12,000 miles. the platinum tip fell off of one, so I put some autolites in and it didnt make a difference. I bought some bosch platinum +4 and they ran fine until 78,000 when i installed different plugs with my supercharger kit.

I think I'm gonna try to put in some bosch plugs and try the .45 or .50 gap and see how much of a difference it makes I've only had the car since the beginning of the year and before that it was a females car who didn't do @!#$ to it but take it to jiffy lube so........ I'm just tryin to build it back up to what it could be but this is the only really problem I'm still having, everything else is ok. thanks man I appreciate the help no one else has really posted back about this so bufu on them ... thanks

i hope you have better results than i did with the bosch platinums. my car hated them and didn't want to stay running. it took me forever to figure out what the problem was because i was under the impression that they were better than AC Delcos. but i have heard that some J's run good with them. hope it fixes your problem, let us know

All i did was buy the bosch +4 and throw them in the car. You cannot gap these plugs, they come pre gapped.

On my 98z the plugs are supposed to be gapped at .050,so im pretty sure your car should be the same. There are a number of things that can cause a hesitation.Have you checked your fuel pump?Put a fuel gauge on it and make sure your getting enough fuel. Also check your cat.It could be clogged.

have you replaced your fuel filter at all? how long has this been going on? could you have gotten bad gas or something? have you replaced the iat sensor? i'm kinda confused about how you said that the engine is running fine and it doesn't show any misfires, can you explain for me?
