i just bougtht an actron code scanner and it won't load up. i tried it out right in sears parking lot, then it didn't work so i went in to get another and it did the same. i read through the manual and it brought me through some trouble shooting steps. anyone ever have the same problem, what did you do to fix it... any help would be appreciated thanks...

? did u plug it in then just to the key to the ON position,u do not start the car.IF u did this and nothing happend tends to make me believe the connecting pins on ur plug in may have a loose pin pushing out the back of the connector under ur dash .Check the plug underneath to ensure all the wiring is going into the block and have good connections,this has happend b4 with others do a check as well.

well i check all the pins and they all seem to be attached and the wires not frayed or any such thing. i checked the fuses and they all seem ok too. i'm not sure what the problem would be. the actron booklet said something about a bad ground?

so anyone know anything about what to do about a bad ground to the dlc?
