Which Spark Plugs are should be used for our cars ? (2.4l z24), I use Bosch + 4's(got all 4 for 15 bucks, price was right). Which spark plugs performs the best ? Which Plugs gets the best MPG ? etc etc. I tried searching and found nothing useful. Any expert input on this would kick ass.

AC-Delco Platinums are the best, IMO, its what came in the car, and using anything other than Platnium tipped isnt work using...
I use the regular Bosch Plat's. I've used the +2's and the +4's and with both actually have had worse gas mileage (documented) by 2-3 MPG. See pic below (it's a
clicky).
The upper highlighted area is with +2's, the lower is with +4's. The first line is the start of my tracking and is not accurate data. I estimated on the milage.
I have been using the Bosch +4's for 5 years now. My gas mileage has not decreased at all. I use my car for driving back and forth to work. I get 30 mpg. When I took several trips to California, I would get 32.5 with the A/C running. I have not seen any decrease in power or MPG using them. Some people do some don't.

Well, stay platinum if you don't feel like changing them often (100k almost) or are running nitrous (or was that they other way around?) Otherwise, a good copper plug works well. Most people I know (plus me) like the NGKs. Japanese plug, but, they work excellent. Remember, the more burn=better gas mileage.

I perfer NGK, And Autolite double platinums.
But anything +2 +4 etc, is a waste. All you are doing is preventing gas from igniting quickly, by blocking the electrode, and Spark, like electricity will always take the shortest path.
