Somebody hooked me up with the headlight wiring diagram for an 02 cavi.

I disperately need the wiring schematics for an 01 Sunfire & an 04 Cavi. When my battery went bad last year, it splashed acid on the main headlight wiring harness. GM wants $600 to replace the plug that's eaten up. I got the whole plug assembly for $1 at the yard.

My problem is that the wiring colors don't exactally match up and I only have low beams. I know the high beams & DRL's are wired together. The issue seems to be that the 04 plug had 2 orange wires & the 01 wiring had 1 orange wire. I suspect that's where my issue is, but can't be sure till I can compaire the schematic's side by side.

I do not have wiring schematics for your car but you could maybe save some money by purchasing an Alldata subscription for $15 or so and they would give you all the detailed wiring diagrams you need, for a year.

I had a brain fart about 3 this morning. I called the local Chevy & Pontiac dealerships this morning. Both were more than happy to print me out the schematics I needed.

Now I'm just sitting with them side by side going over them wire by wire. I should have this issue resolved within a few hours.
