might wanna look into getting a motorcycle muffler from a seriously HIGH OUTPUT bike. Like a hayabusa or something. They got small mufflers. Might sound real annoyng, and cost alot.

Who says the muffler needs to be right before the tip?

After your cat, add a resonaor and a muffler, then a quick turn for your placement, and end with a tip or cut-out. However if you dont like Black crap to cover yout rear brakes on that side, your rim and body panals, i would think of a better way.

lol...2.2 open headered is mean and LOUD!!! it sounds wicked, but even cruising at 1500 rpms will get you noticed, wrap it up and everyone within a 10 block radius will hear you. a cop will pull you over before you get out of the driveway.

after i put the pace setter on my old LN2 we fired it up, lets just say all the honda guys as far away as two blocks came out to see what was making all the noise.

There is lots of room where the cat and resonater sit.

I know what you mean, I drove mine like that for about a month before I started having hearing problems!

It's too bad America's schools fail on a daily basis.

Well from what I understand from your broken English is that you want to run a 2.2L with no muffler? I don't know where you are from, but I am willing to bet you get a lot of tickets with that. I believe Lenko did this...with a resonator only, and it was loud as hell. I could only imagine with it just being a straight pipe.

Just put a muffler on there. You are not gaining anything by not running a muffler.
