you need a 2 3/4" elbow
not 3"
unless you dont want it to seal onto your tb
id just use a 90 degree elbow , they are easier to get than the cobra heads

I got the 3" one from AirFlow, and never was on backorder or hard to get...

the ID 1 has a 2.75 at the tb
if it was 3" it wont fit
not to mention 3" is kinda big for the turbo any ways

I was just kidding
I have 1 reducer and they make t bolt clamps for a reason lol

Well,
Check my profile, you'll see the Airflow Online 3" cobrahead I used, (and still have) on my first cavi with the HO mani and TB.
And before my current set up, I was still using the 3" coupler on the factory tb. Used with my ghettofied intake using the stock rubber 'S' tube.
In this case that quarter inch gap can be clamped down and closed up. So that Airflow TB will work.
Unless because of that angle on the Ecotec its hard to fit.

see here is the problem with using a 3" and clamping it down , under boost it will cause problems
it might not be right away , but eventually it will weaking the part casuing it to blow apart
also when under boost you want as few connections as possible with rubber/silicone style connectors , cause under boost they will expand
so its best to use the right size connectors when possible
plus i know quickie , and from the looks of the work being done they want a good looking and high quaility job
and using a 3" and clamping it to fit , is not the way to do it right
