any comments are welcome on the arospeed 2.2 ecotec header part number
800850C?
-quality?
-performance?
-durability etc..?

Isn't it the Rk header just sold by arospeed? Not positive but pretty sure, it is 4-2-1 design right? If so I am remembering correctly and you would be better off just buying the pacesetter header and calling it a day.

so why is he 400$ less than the rk sport header?
and if i choose to order the pacesetter one,i dont know if he come whit flexible and bolt on installation like the arospeed seem to be?

If aropseed is cheap, then do it. I have alwas been happy with arospeed stuff with my previous cars and I've had a lot of their products because of decent quality and price (springs, coil-overs, exhaust, intake, plug wires, etc...)
I'll have a sig someday....................

Pacesetter install is a breeze if you have any idea what you are doing and the one weld at the cat will cost you maybe $20 at an exhaust shop. No flex pipe, they use a ball flange. More to the point where is the header on their site? I just looked around and couldn't find it anywhere? Maybe I am just tired. I am not positive about it being the same as the Rk header though, I just know my friend's header is the Rk header but he bought it from somewhere else and I thought that it was arospeed, just wasn't advertised as Rk, but it may have been another company (maybe aerogear). Whatever you decide good luck!

I have that Arospeed header, not installed yet mind you. I noticed that the gaskets that it comes with seem to be of better quality than the RK Sport gaskets, otherwise the headers looks pretty similar.. I will be installing it with my full 2.5" mandrel exhaust, hopefully next Tuesday. The downpipe has a 2.5" to 2" adapter, I just cut that part off. I've ceramic painted it, and am going to wrap it also.
