Sorry To drag up a dead post, but would puting this magnaflow cat on a stock exhaust change the pitch \ sound of the exhaust or is that strricktly a muffler issue?
On stock exhaust, it probably won't change the sound. You're gonna need a different muffler to change the sound.

the sensors are in the exaust pipe not the cat and if you look under youre car you should be able to see the 02 sensor a couple of inches back from the cat.and if you want a high flow cat just go down to a muffler shop tell them the size of pipe you got and they should have something there.it might not be magnaflow but it will work the same.
