well.....it's not '' other '' ecotec......it's from other car ( saturn, alero, etc )

LOL... yeah sorry....my bad.......it's the exhaust manifold from the Cobalt SS S/C'd ......now...some ppl say this is a bolt on to the regular 2.2 ECOTEC

Look at the bottom at the questions people have asked him. He says its not off a supercharged engine, but he wont release the part number.

but if you look on the manifold it says

GM SC on it.. does that mean it is? I dont know

there is no s/c on the engine and that big thing "over" the exhaust manifold is a heat shield.

those are comarisson pics.......that is a saturn engine.....i have a saturn engine and the manifold is diffrent....but no as big as his

it looks just like the manifold in my friends ION he just bought, heres a picture of the heat shield over the exhaust manifold.

Who cares about the pictures at the top of this post, the ebay pictures shows a manifold, with a much bigger collector than a stock ecotec motor. I agree it is from the Sc charged 2.0. This could be a nice bolt on for all motor 2.2's, only problem is having a downpipe to match, but that could be made.

Hey i just got an email with the GM part#, its 12581284 and list at gmpartsdirect for $70! This part # he said is for the Saturn Redline.

I dont know the guys name that sent it to me but he said he ran out of posts for the month. But many thanks!

Exactly!!!! so it's the sames as the Cobalt SS S/C like i said....thats why GM don't want to release the part number, not even the Supercharger number....i dunno why..

That seems awful cheap for a exhaust manifold, if it is good deal.
