Looks good, but is all that work really worth saving a few bucks over the ceramic coated one? The ceramic coating will last a lot longer than the paint.

Well not really. I got the header for 150 shipped to my door. And i wanted to do something different. So yea , IMO It will be better

I did my header first in the Duplicolor, and cured it as per the instructions. It burned and flaked off within a week.
Did it over with the VHT and 6+ months later its still just like the day I installed it, still flat black and no rust or flaking.
I bet it all came off.
