Okay, i finally got the manifold in today and man am i happy with it! It sounds like a Vtec or something in the high rpm's and you can actually feel the pull from 4500rpm-6000, and it sounds soooo great.....great mod, i recommend this to everyone who doesn't have one! So, now i have that in I wana do something else, What about a header, is that a noticeable difference? I would also like to do the secret cam swap, i just don't know the specifics of what i need, does anyone have any opinions?

Oh, the header thing is a good idea, you can have tons going in, but if nothings going out it's not helping you much.

depends entirely on what kind of car. if it has EGR auto or stick. etc.
the manifold itself will need holes drilled lower and will need to be port matched, or you can get a flange made for it. Chris has some left over I'm pretty sure.
that's what I used.
on an auto there are some fitment issues with the HO.
and of course you may have to move some grounds. when I did mine I had to move a ground to make it fit.
Anyone else wanna add something?
