hey everyone, I just got my intake in the mail..not really diggin the step by step install~ Do I really have to take my wheel off and go through the wheel well?? Anyone with help Please comment~ Also, your suppose to put a bolt through the fender to hold the intake in place...is the whole existing or do you have to drill a hole??

yup you sure do how else are you gonna put the filter on the end of the intake ??
aem is pretty good at using existing holes , and if they do not tell you to drill the hole then you do not have to
^^^ I agree 100%, Not a single hole had to be drilled for my AEM CAI on my 03 Cav.

If I'm not mistaken..yours doesn't go all the way down to the side of the engine bay though?? This intake goes all the way under the battery, and this is why there's a mount in the side of the engine bay to mount the piping. Then the filter is suppose to go under the batter in the bay. In the directions it shows that i have to take off the wheel and to take out the washer fluid holder....
