A/C Insulation Mod.

I took this mod from www.genvibe.com and www.matrixowners.com

Used simple foam pipe insulation. I temporarly removed the cruise module (2 mount bolts one 13mm the other 15mm) to gain better access. Wrap the pipe and seal with zipties.

This mod will make your A/C get colder faster as well as actually blow colder air. The insulation is only a couple of bucks and available at your local hardware store.

Enjoy the cold air!!!

im not gonna call BS on this cause i havent tried it but from what i just got doen learning in auto tech class that would actualyl be a bad thing cause your lines build up condensation and that needs to drip off otherwise it will freeze up your lines inside and out. and the refrigerant needs to reach certain temps on the high pressure side and low pressure side in order for you to get cold air at all. anyone be glad to correct me if im wrong on any of this but i really dont see how it would make any difference
