I have a 95 sunfire 2.2 and i have a spare tb that i want to get bored..anyone on here that will do it for me? let me know ..thanks ..phil
You best bet is to send that into RSM Racing as a core and get their bored Throttle Body.
If you try and get it done by a machine shop, you have to make sure they know what they are doing and are able to try and find a plate that will fit properly. It can be somewhat of a risky thing but you can try this...most performance shops doing some machine work but make sure they will actually make a plate for you.

I acually have the plate already for a 59mm,I bought it off jerret biere or nitro..i took my first one in and th machne shop @!#$ it..but common 400 us for a tb..that rediculous..phil

Well since you put it that way, go to a machine shop. I was actually going to suggest having Jarret bore it for you...if he can't then check out a local machine shop.
Yeah it's alot of money but we don't have many options...

Last I talked with Jarret he is so busy with his family life and work that he does not bore T/B any more he will just make the plate.
That's the same thing I was thinking...
