I have big plans for my car in the very near future. i am going to be putting on the stage 1 procharger. As of right now i have upper/ lower engine mounts and RK sport cat back. when im supercharged i will be getting 2.5 or 3. my question is which is the best header to go with?? what style 4-2-1??? or 4-1??? ALL opinion is appreciated!! thanks Austin
you will probably get the highest peak hp with a 4-1 header, however, low and midrange power(the most used) will be more improved with a 4-2-1 design... Thats just the nature of the two beasts. As for personal experience with quality of the different brands, I couldn't tell you. But whatever you get, make sure its ceramic coated, or have it coated by a shop after you buy it. Keeps the underhood temps down and looks better than rusted metal or discolored stainless steel.

or you can get the best of both worlds with a 4-1 long tube...
prob will be hard to find though if not custom.
just curious, but where are you going to find a stage 1 procharger kit? If by procharger you are referring to centrifugal style blowers, like the vortechs, then I assume you mean RSM's blower kit... if not then i'm afraid i'm lost.
