ok I understand the basics to cams giving your rods a better intake and exhaust lift and duration. Is this all there is to them and what are the stock numbers on and eco and what is considered a decently aggrsive grind without destroying your idel. basicly I need a crash course thanks guys

JBP Stage 2. Your cars won't sound like a 4 cylinder no more.

I could be wrong, but i thought a while ago someone said that the problem with the stage II cams was with the flywheel and automatics didnt have the cel problem.

they will list them for a 2200 eco dont know why but no they wont fit the 2200 they will only fit the Ecotec and i highly suggest getting the stage 2's thats what i have and i love the idle with my exhaust and header and yes i did get a random misfire code but running midgrade gas fixed that. i havent seen a code in a few months now and about 10000 mi. and the gain is def noticable. your welcome to contact me other ways for other questions

the 2200 and 2.2 Eco are two different things. Make sure you are not getting confused. Level Zero Motorsports also makes good Eco cams.

no there for the eco in the title it says 2200eco but through out the description they reffer to it as the eco.

i hear that the STOCK eco cams are good for 400hp or something like that... i think you are safe

level zero cams are crap until we have feedback about them, the only guy who got them running right is their test car, and that is hardly proof. I haven't heard about their new grinds for ecos but the old one sucked.
