I assume you mean 110K miles.

You can swap in the 3800 SC V6

the 2.0L Eco SC

the 2.2L Eco

the 2.2L 2200

Well if your doing an intake? Try just a piece of exhaust pipe, and a filter. Thats all you need for about 5 hp.

Also remove the resonator.

Lightened pulleys are good too.

Header, Full exhaust system.

How much money are you willing to spend to get it done right?

swap in the 3800 s/c. what is it like 240hp stock? only problem is that your car will be outta commission for a long time.

its just frustrating. my dads V6 04 mustang is rated at 192 id like to show him up..... he puts me down all the time

it's not just HP you need to look at. torque and weight play a big facter in that. Just because he is pulling 192 doesn't mean that he is neccessarily faster than you. i'm pretty sure the mustang is much much heavy than a J so it wouldn't take much to match him. i may be wrong tho. i don't know much about the mustang.

for my car to reach about 200hp it will be about $2500 to $3500.
i do have the 2.2 ohv so i will have to do a good bit to it.

as someone once said: speed = money.

check your other thread, you can show him up considering you have a stick with what i mentioned there, ive beaten numerous v6 powered cars with the few things i have done. Also try some weight reduction, helps alot, remove anything unecessary. Dont forget, while he may have 192, his car weighs about 3500lbs i beleive, while yous is more like 2500. 100lbs = .1 sec in the 1/4 so you do the math, hes still slow 2
